		<description>Thanks Leanne. I&#039;ve read Napolean Hill before, great stuff. I think self-suggestion is definitely useful. I didn&#039;t go into detail regarding the Lizard Brain, but it is a physical part of human anatomy (the amygdala). So, in addition to these mind tricks, I think you also have to train it to be useful when you need it and learn to quiet it down when you don&#039;t.</description>

Anyhow, I have came across this method Napoeon Hill talked about, autosuggestion or self-suggestion, one of his closest personal friend, used self-suggestion and in less than 10 years, became one of the best-known writers and speakers of his time.  Maybe it can be of use!!</description>
