Hi Michael -

Yes, I do think that my healthy diet had something to do with it. My body seems to reject anything it deems as a threat these days. Which is fine, I think the body knows what should be in it. The cleaner I eat, the more alive I feel, but the more sensitive I am to toxins. It's a good trade off though. I'd rather live a rich and vibrant life than be dragged down into that state of fatigue I felt before. All I needed for pain management this time were a couple of simple Advil, and I'm tapering off of those as well. It's nice to know I don't need the heavier drugs. Most doctors are used to someone with the standard American diet (sad), so I think the dosage was based on someone with a tolerance for those toxins. Coffee and alcohol affect me more these days as well.

Thanks for the kudos. Also, nice to see you have your site up. I'll check it out!

Hey Patrick,

Do you think your sensitivity to Oxycodone could be due to your very healthy diet? I have found that the healthier I eat the more sensitive I am to any sort of "toxin", even something as simple as alcohol or caffeine.

You're doing great with your challenge, keep it up!
